Chick-fil-A

You're new don't start messing up now! If you have bad salad DON'T feed it to people! We're paying for a fresh salad not withered brown transparent lettuce! I was hungry so daringly ate just the chicken.

We love chick fil a but this one does not have it together. The mobile order experience has been terrible, like many other reviews. Every other chick fil a we go to the mobile order is almost instant pick up. At this one the last few times we wait 10-20 minutes and multiple cars in the normal drive through go past us. Hope they get more efficient.

They are rude to the delivery drivers 😒 When I walk in no hi or anything you just watch a screen and have to wait to get someone attention 🙄 Other chick fil A,s are much nicer and friendlier..Then screen removes the customer service..They have soooo many people constantly running into eachother but food comes slow.

This is absolutely the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Typically mobile order ought to get your food faster, not here. Here they get through 5-10 drive-through customers for every mobile order. It took me 30 minutes to get a mobile order. I would suggest to go to any other Chick fil a but this one.

Food is always great at chick fil a but the service at this location is just not there yet. Both times I’ve used mobile thru ordering I’ve sat there while SEVERAL cars pass while I wait for my order. Longmont chick fil a is way better if you need to use mobile thru.
