Chick-fil-A

I can't believe the negative experience I just had was at a Chick-fil-A. We pulled up and the line stopped moving. The two cars in front of us were stuck. The drive thru worker spoke a bit to the car in front but avoided eye contact with everyone else. A large line of cars had built up behind us. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the drive thru attendant spoke to the car in front of us, they pulled up, and she placed a cone in front of us without making eye contact. After 5 more minutes, with a long line of cars still behind us, she finally came over to say they were closed. She looked everywhere but at us and just wondered away, again. It's Christmas Eve and it makes sense their hours are different than what's posted. We didn't mind that they were closed, but it was absolutely rude and r

We love Chick-fil-A! I was excited this location was located at an intersection with a traffic light. Be mindful at the drive-thru as one lane is monitored and the other is for mobile orders. Customer service was stellar as always!

Easily the worst chik fil a I’ve been to. The last 4 times I visited, my order was incorrect. 4 times in a row! That might be worse than Braums 🤣. Today, I got a chicken noodle soup instead of the tortilla soup after I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes. This stuff never happens at other chik fil a’s. Very frustrating too because there aren’t any other cfas nearby.

Parking lot is confusing and there's no inside dining. They have a app order lane and a drive thru lane. I walked to windows and had to walk through car lanes.

Super annoyed with how they switched the mobile lane to the inside. Really decentivizes me to use the app because its considerably slower. Also if I am handed the food sooner than I cant get out of line. Hate this
