Chick-fil-A

Most inefficient chick-fil-a around. And honestly I think the only one to ever get my order wrong. Tried this one numerous times and always come to the same conclusion. Some part due to local management. Some part due to Chick-fil-a HQ deciding to make a system where you can mobile order and of course they don’t process it till you get there. Then you watch 6-7 cars pull through the drive through ahead of you while you wait in the mobile through order since you all arrive at the same people giving you your order. Whole process is asinine. Do better Chick-fil-a. Call it crazy, but I literally have less wait at McDonald’s across the interstate.

Clue was lack of vehicles at lunch time. Staff was more interested in hanging out talking to each other than work.... like customers are inconvenience.... I've never had bad experience at Chick-fil-A but this one was horrible. With just 3 cars my self included at lunch time they took forever to get me the wrong order see attached photos my wife's meal was completely left out. Mustard instead of ketchup my sandwich was not right Luke warm and soggy. Diet coke instead of coke. Completely wrong horrible slow service and no customer service No answer when I called the store..... Gave me the wrong order.... I spent 24 on my order the other guy spent 9 bucks and they only offered a free sandwich...... do not go here

We arrived about 20min before closing. There was a gentleman cleaning the restrooms that stopped when he saw me to allow me to go in. The young lady that took our order was very polite, sweet, & patient. Our was quickly made in true Chick-fil-A fashion, hot, fresh, delicious, correct to our order. We never felt rushed because of it being close to closing time. We will definitely visit again on our next trip through!

I ordered through the app for carryout in my travels. The store was clean, even the restrooms. I only ordered fries and a soda, so it was ready within minutes. It was exactly as I ordered, same quality as always, good! An associate greeted me at the counter and bid me adieu. A quick in and out.

The service was impeccable. My wife had the chicken soup. I had a spicy chicken Club Deluxe. The soup seemed to have added chunks of chicken in it. And my sandwich seemed to have extra bacon and lettuce. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Splendid experience
