Chick-fil-A

This place stays packed! Food was good, service was great. The line did move slower than other Chick-Fil-A's I have visited but maybe it was just an off day? I'd visit again when we come back to town.

So my husband went to get my lunch being I'm passing kidney stones and let's say for lunchtime this was by far the worst lunch food I could have gotten in Douglas today. Usually, this place is good at lunchtime but the bottom bun was so soggy it was literally mush, the cheese was not melted and the chicken was stale and cold and it was just a God awful sandwich. Then my usually favorite part is my fries oh goodness the fries. They tasted like they were first freezer burnt then fried last night and then today they dropped them into the oil to reheat them and they sat there all am and then were put in my bag abs served to me without a second thought. I will be calling up there as soon as I finish this but to make it worse my dog is a porker and the fries were so bad she refused to eat it she

The order is always wrong. Do yourself a favor and check your food before you pull off. It’s Chic-Fil-A and you shouldn’t have to check your order but this place is the exception. Check your food! Spent well over $80 today for dinner tonight yet going to bed on an empty stomach. Just a diabetic wanting a grilled sandwich smdh.

Yes I ordered a DoorDash and it didn’t have my sandwich La that I ordered in there very very rude

Food was good which is typical for a Chick Fil A. We ordered it to go as I usually do even though I generally dine in. I must say this is the first time I've been to a Chick Fil A and not have anybody acknowledge my presence or even welcome me. After about 5-7 minutes the actual Franchisee welcomed me after at least a 8 employees walked by me without saying a word. I guess Not all Chick Fil A restaurants customer service is as good as the locations I'm used to frequenting.
