Chick-fil-A

I got the saddest cob sald ever. The lettuce looked depressed and worked over and taste the same way. I only had 3 slices of egg in my salad. I guess they went from only half an egg to 1/3 of an egg. Do better.

The customer service and food are almost always very good. However, the wait times are often much longer compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. In addition, when using the drive-through, team members do not come outside with handheld ordering devices to scan the Chick-fil-A app or process payment. Instead, they take your phone or credit card inside the restaurant, which slows down the drive-through line and reduces overall efficiency.

Chick Fil A in District Heights, MD has extremely poor customer service especially with their women in management. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and overall not helpful. I had an incident at the District Heights location on Tuesday with the female manager in charge at the time, she was very disrespectful and refused to give me her name when I said I wanted to file a complaint. She then advised the staff members not to provide me with her name and told one of the team members that if they provided that information to me they’d be written up. I was unable to get her name, but I want to make it clear that it was the female supervisor, maybe in her early 40s on Tuesday 3/3 around 2pm.

Chick-fil-A, you’ve done it again. Spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, and a diet lemonade… I’m not saying I’d marry this place, but I’d consider it. Don’t tell my husband!

Took my family to this location and the order taker (Ciara) had a terrible attitude from the beginning. No actual greeting, no eye contact or genuine care for her job by providing a positive experience through her customer service. This was conveyed to the manager on duty. He was kind enough to comp my families’s entire meal. We were grateful for that, but this isn’t the first time. I personally had a bad experiences at this location before but each time they make it right. Thank the manager on duty for his actions meditating the situation and providing a better experience than how it started.
