Chick-fil-A

We went on a Saturday right at lunchtime and had a party of 7. The drive thru was long and inside was packed but we were able to walk right up and order. Our food was brought to our table within a reasonable time, it was fresh and delicious! We were missing 2 items but this was corrected very quickly and stress free.

I ordered my usual but had it delivered. The bag was ripped, the box my sandwich was in was squished, sandwich bread was very dry/old and the brownie was dry/tasted old. Since I can't travel I wasn't able to bring the order back. I wasn't able to eat my lunch & reached out to DoorDash with my concerns. I've never had issues with chick Fil a while physically there. I don't recommend ordering food here unless you are there to check everything. Pretty disappointing.

Today I spoke with Rachel a manager who verified door dash left my bag of food there she has possession of the bag and will not honor for me to come back and pick it up another day. And they blaming door dash for this order mix up and they have it stamped all the items are in this one bag and it’s not. So it’s chic fila fault the post all items list on 1 bag didn’t advise there where 2 bags. in this upon this dispute another manage Greg got on the line rudely saying take it up with DoorDash not their problem. And accused me of being loud I told him he was being untruthful he was continuing to be rude so I did raise my voice at that time. And he said they never combine two small bag of 1 order in one bag. I have a disable son I feed daily there. I spent 69.33$ on this order and was treated

Our food is always good here but had a very rude experience this go around. On Fridays me & coworkers order food on the app ahead of time & then one goes to pick it up. When she is about 5 mins out she tells us to click in at restaurant since we do carry out so it’s faster. Well one coworker was in a meeting so when she was picking everyone’s food up, they wouldn’t let her get hers even showing her the order receipt. We got our coworker to finally click it. Then a very rude girl with braces tried to tell our coworker that her food was stolen & that she HAD clicked at restaurant. All lies but stated they would remake it this time but don’t order so early next time because you know people like to steal. I visited Monday morning and went through the drive-thru. The boy who took my order was really nice and said ‘my pleasure.’ However, the one who handed me the food seemed unenthusiastic about working there. I thanked him multiple times, but he didn’t even say ‘you’re welcome.’ As someone who lives and works in Ocean Springs, I drove all the way to D’Iberville for their chicken, which I was craving. I usually dine in and have great experiences with the staff inside, but the drive-thru service was disappointing. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back because of the poor customer service. Luckily, they’re opening a location in Ocean Springs soon, and I hope they’ll prioritize training their staff in customer service.
