Chick-fil-A

Very quick service, staff is very friendly and easy to talk with, food was excellent, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo for myself and a regular chicken sandwich combo for my wife. You need to ask for the additional toppings like the lettuce and tomato for an additional 20 cents each plus the mayonnaise which was no charge for.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A is incredibly kind and welcoming! The employees were so nice, and even the supervisor was very friendly and helpful. However, the wait time was much longer than expected—I felt like I was waiting forever. I understand that sometimes things get busy, but it definitely seemed slower than usual. Also, one of my fries was green, which was a little concerning. I really appreciate the great customer service, but I hope they can work on speeding things up a bit in the future!

Three times I've placed orders on the App only for them to never accept or start the order even after I had parked in the parking lot. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Management clearly isn't pulling it's weight.

This location is a 20 minute drive from my house but we still make it multiple times per week for the deliciousness. I gave the atmosphere lower stars because they are in the middle of a busy food court. But there are usually plenty of good, clean tables near the pickup area. Ordering ahead saves plenty of time but I do recommend always double checking your order. It's a busy location and mistakes do get made often. I have taken home incomplete orders several times before initiating the double check rule. But the staff is always on the ball, always polite, always generous, and almost always efficient.
