As a customer I had to stop there and watch about 5 or 6 people really not doing anything, yeah they were cleaning and whatnot, but no one taking care of the customer other than the one lady that was dealing with customer in front of her. After about 2 or 3 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge me, I finally had to ask could I pick my order up. That should never happen in a Chick-fil-A or anywhere else but specifically not in a Chick-fil-A. I thought you guys held yourself to a certain standard. Apparently not this location unfortunately.

Was happy with this location until today. Waited in line for 15 minutes, confirmed my name and gave me the wrong order inside the bag with my name. Got home and found out, it has bacon and cheese, neither which my pregnant wife can have. Called the location and all they offered was for me to drive 15 minutes back in rush hour traffic to replace the sandwiches. You didn't give me what I paid for, what a joke. Will not be visiting this location again. (See pictures for proof) Had to throw the food in the trash. $20 wasted and a soured customer. I thought management was trained better then this.

Food is fine. I go here about once a week with my family for the past year. 9/10 times, something from the order is missing or incorrect. The order isn't huge and we don't usually come when it's very busy. It's not that hard to double check before you send it out. Sorry, I get that sometimes you make mistakes, but it's pretty much happening every time. Sauce missing or wrong, topping missing or wrong, whole food items missing. It is clearly out of carelessness and hoping people won't say anything. On multiple occasions there was also meat leftovers in a salad that was not supposed to have meat in it. Staff is friendly. It's always freezing cold in there. Even in winter. Overall you can go here and it's fine but it could definitely do quite a bit better too..

I'm very disappointed the way I was just treated at this chick fil a. I patronize this location 2 to 3 times every week to get after school snacks for my grandchildren. Today was different 3-3-26. We went through the drive thru as per usual and they left a large order of fries out of the bag, I always check before driving away. So I pulled forward to let the employee know my order was short and instead of handing me more fries the employee stuck their head inside my vehicle and opened the bag to look inside. I guess my word wasn't good enough. Maybe my scruffy appearance and tattoos made me not trustworthy looking. As I have mentioned I was with my grandchildren so I'm definitely an adult. Truly disappointed with this and I think it will be awhile before,if I ever return.
