We’re really happy that this Chick-fil-A location finally opened on the north side of Cullman! 😊🍗 It’s in a super convenient spot, especially if you’re already shopping near Walmart on Highway 157, which makes it easy to stop by for a quick meal. Just like the other Chick-fil-A in Cullman, the food here is consistently delicious and prepared just the way you expect — fresh, hot, and full of flavor 😋. The quality definitely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Another thing that stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work 👏. They really represent the restaurant well and make customers feel welcome. Overall, it’s a great new addition to the area, and we’re excited to have such a convenient location nearby. We’ll def

Opened in December so it is still extremely clean and orderly. Nice playground for kids with outdoor seating under umbrellas. Only .75 miles away from I65. Super clean bathrooms. Food is always top notch.

Probably some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from a Chick-fil-A. They will mark your order as ready, even though it is not to save their numbers. Then, when you ask about it, you were met with rude responses and no answers.

Jackson White waited on us at the Chick-fil-A in Cullman, Alabama, on highway 157 and did an outstanding job. He was polite, attentive, and made sure our order was correct and came out quickly. Chick-fil-A has great food. What they don't have is reliable delivery options. They use Uber Eats or Door Dash for their deliveries. An example of what happens with some of the Delivery Orders: I ordered a 12 piece Nuggets Meal, with a Large Fries and a Large Unsweetened Tea. When delivered my Drink was missing. I contacted the Delivery Driver and his respinse was that he couldn't do anything about the "sealed delivery" which is just the food. The drinks are placed alongside the bag of food. This means that the Delivery Driver did not take the time to look for the drink or, perhaps the drink was not made available for the Delivery Driver. I will never know what happened but it does not need to happen. All Delivery Drivers should match all items with the "stick-on" order number to verify th
