Scooter's Coffee

I’m not sure what going on but the coffee has been a little disappointing. The last 2 I have gotten were way too sweet and didn’t taste good. I went again today and they didn’t even fill the cup up. Please fix this scooters is my favorite place and I don’t want to have to change but I will if I have to

Every time I go down to the Cullman location the staff are absolutely fantastic. I drive 18 miles to get my peanut butter crunch blender coffee and it's definitely worth the drive. Not sure on her name, but the lady that served me on the morning of 8/21 was absolutely fantastic with getting my order and getting me a gift card. Very much customer orientated and VERY helpful.

My absolute favorite coffee! Awesome management and staff! The coffee is fantastic and slightly addictive, lol. The food is great, too. Quick friendly service almost every visit. Star bucks who???

This was my third time to Scooters because I do not have one within 50 miles of my house. I went yesterday July 14 2025. The service was excellent. They were prompt and super nice. I ordered a cinnamon cold brew. I do not know what kind of cinnamon Scooters uses but being a huge fan of cinnamon is was the best I've ever had. The drink was absolutely perfect and smooth. I wish I could get one close by my house but then I would need a second job.

Ordered a large ice coffee the other night. Three young teens working. Told them it was my first experience there. Coffee was good but they didn't offer sweetener and didn't know it came unsweetened. Came back around and asked for sweetener. They were rude. So I back into a parking space to chat on my phone and a young teen passes by with a strongly rude voice and says THIS IS EMPLOYEE PARKING ONLY. All they had to do was be kind with a good tone of voice and act as if they had customer service skills. Paying for a $5 coffee ISN'T WORTH IT when the people give horrible customer service!!!
