Chick-fil-A

Not sure what has happened to this location. Maybe new manager or whatsoever but this is the dirtiest and nastiest Chick Fil A i have ever been to. The floor is so sticky and dirty, you can fall down and brake your neck. The tables and chairs were so sticky. This is just unbelievable. Never seen a place this dirty. So sticky and nasty

Drive thru forgot my sandwich and made the wrong drink. I called in to see what I had to do to fix this and Maggie, the manager, was so sweet about the process. She told me to just come back, ask for her and she compensated me with what I was missing along with an additional treat card for coming back to the store. I understand mistakes are made sometimes, and I truly appreciate how this team goes about resolving them!

We are driving from Washington PA and had an appointment at Grove City for my husband to get an MRI. Half way there we get a call saying the machine is down and we need to reschedule. We turned around and decided to stop for breakfast. Jennifer was amazing. We walked in and she was bubbly right from the start. She helped me decide what I was hungry for. Food was great! I loved the little cards with their names on them saying dinning room specialist! Jennifer is a great asset to your team. I wish we didn’t have to live so far to see her again. We are both leaving in a great mood because of her and our breakfast.

Chic fil a always delivers a great experience, the food is consistently good and comes out fresh, the restaurant is very clean every time I visit, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in keeping things running smoothly, from how quickly orders are brought out to how polite everyone is at the counter and in the dining area. It feels welcoming whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down for a meal, and it’s one of those places where you know what to expect in the best way possible.

We had a sweet young man who waited on us. We have never been through Chick-fil-a drive through before. I had no idea what was offered and asked to see a menu. He ran and quickly got one. I wanted the grilled chicken meal, so asked him if I could substiture another side. He helped me with that. It did shake me up a little trying to order so quickly off of a menu. Is there a way I could see a menu before I got in the drive up line?
