I've never met such nice staff! Beverly was the sweetest lady. Only met her because she was cleaning up stuff from a dropped tray. Dear Management: time to dust the frames on the wall by the bar seating. Very Very dusty. YUCK! Everything else looked clean 🙃

My husband and I stopped by on our way to Pigeon Forge! It was very good food, clean & fast service! We always enjoy swinging by here. Thank you for maintaining sweet spirits in such a busy atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Arrived unaware that they closed in 30 seconds. Not only did the young man helping us take our order with a smile, but he was helpful and made suggestions. They got our food to us quickly and it was fresh and hot. We only went through the drive thru so I am not sure how the inside was. The parking lot was clean and all the staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. No one made us feel like we were a burden showing up as late as we did.

It is always clean. The employees are always super friendly and happy. I've never had a bad meal no matter what I've order. They even offer gluten free options. Their specialty drinks are always worth trying.

I really like chic fil a, I probably have it a few times a week due to traveling and needing something good and quick. The muffins are always over cooked, like burnt. Its not just this one but everyone I have been to. They ned to shorten the time theyre toasted across the board, otherwise I would've rated them all 5s.
