Chick-fil-A

So I bought a salad at this store, and when I was eating it, I found a piece of plastic in the salad. I went back to the store, explained what I found, and the store manager suggested that maybe I had put the plastic from the fork into the salad myself, which I absolutely did not do. That really upset me. I wish they could see my purchase history because I buy that salad all the time; it's one of my favorites, and this has never happened before. I wasn't going to post this, but their attitude really bothered me.

I placed a pickup order here and i’m am extremely satisfied with my order. My fries omg my fries were so fresh!!! The best i’ve had at any chick fila. The chickfila deluxe was delicious as well. My sunjoy was pretty good, just wish it was a tad sweeter— but next time i’ll just ask for sugar packets. The service was fast and i was greeted with a smile. i was beyond happy for my service and i will definitely be making this my regular store !!

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A, and I was incredibly disappointed. Unlike every other Chick-fil-A I've been to, they don’t offer pup cups for dogs, which I found surprising and frustrating. It seems like a simple way to make customers happy, especially pet owners. Furthermore, the staff's attitudes were less than welcoming. I encountered several team members who seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which is not what I expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. Good customer service is essential, and this location fell short. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

1/2 the parking was converted to make the the drive thru the favor here. Don’t come here if you want to dine in. They should relocate the site and do it right! Same good Chick-fil-A service, but the reroute for the drive-thru kills the dine-in experience.

Afton Chick-fil-a is almost unmatched. They're so quick with it. Everyone here is always super nice and friendly. I enjoy each trip taken here and the location is always doing a lil something for/with the community, I love it. Food is always fresh, can pull off without having to worry if I got all my items. That's like the best part is knowing you actually get what you paid for.
