Chick-fil-A

We had lunch here on our way from NYC to Syracuse. There was a long wait for our order as other eateries in this location were closed and everybody was getting food from this Chick-fil-A. Anyway, the food was good.

Waited wait too long for our order and the food doesn’t taste like Chic fila. Fries and nuggets taste like they were cooked in old oil. Temu chic fila

Total turn off… between this place being slower than DMV and getting hair in my food… I’ll never return here again. Judging from the other reviews, lock the doors.

There’s always an issue here. One time I came only to find out at the window when I was getting my food that there was no more chic fil sauce. How does that happen? There very slow at the drive through and take long. There under staffed and this is causing a lack in there customer service experience compared to other locations.

This is one of the worst chick fil as i've ever been to. Like alwayus the food was good but it took 15 minutes to be able to order, they didn't take online orders, the didn't take gift cards and after I ordered it took another 20 minutes to get the food. They don't have a lot of menu items that other chick fil as have as well. The staff wasn't overly helpful but the woman who was giving out finished orders was very friendly and helpful. It was anot a great experience.
