Chick-fil-A

I recieved the wrong size fries & "extra extra" pickles meant 2 additional slices. They corrected the fries & the restaurant was clean, but it felt like we were in the way while dining in. We must have come on a special day because higher ups came to stand by our table, & discuss changes in operations. The nervousness of store employees & awkwardness of their conversations made dining in uncomfortable. Not my favorite chickfila..

Didn't Go Because it Wasn't Easy Excess you had to Go inside a Large Building across from the Hospital. . Not Very Simple. . Was Pissed after Driving Several miles and Not Get Something to Eat. .

Stopped by to get a salad after the lunch rush, there were three employees and no line. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for one. I realize it's probably contract labor, but they definitely don't live up to the service I expect from Chick-fil-A. We walked away and went to a different vendor.

Limited menu. Only one size fry and drink. Medium. No chicken noodle soup. You fix your own drink. You do not pay at the Chick-fil-a counter. You pay around the corner at the checkout desk. You pay for all food items in the cafeteria at the same checkout desk. Including Subway and Chef's Corner.

Loved that chocolate shake for 50 miles! Sooo good! Everywhere else machine is broken...down..."don't know if the owner will get a new one " at Krystal on 23rd in Chattanooga...back to quality, the chicken sandwich 🥪 was awesome!!!! The food made my trip back from Murphriesboro a whole lot more fun! Great customer service!!!
