I just wanted to shout out the amazing employee who took our order in the drive-thru this morning. From the moment we pulled up, they made everything so easy and smooth. They were patient, clear, and genuinely kind while helping us decide what to order. What really stood out was how attentive they were! They eveb kept an eye out for deals and made sure we got the best value, even applying a little discount for us. That level of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. It felt like they truly cared about our experience, not just getting through the line. Customer service like that is why we keep coming back. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our visit such a great one!

Clean and tidy. The cashier who took our order was nice. My husband enjoyed his chicken biscuit meal and I enjoyed the breakfast bowl meal. We've never had breakfast at a Chick-fil-A so to come all the way from VA and have it for the first time, pretty glad the food tasted great. Our pleasure to visit. I recommend this restaurant.

Always a pleasure to come to this Chick-fil-A. Employees are great and service is fast, even though it gets busy it doesn't take long for them to get you on your way happy.

We just went through the drive thru and I ordered a cherry coke. Mine was straight carbonation. The sad part is when I took off the lid, my drink was white which means they should have seen there was no syrup in it. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they were burnt. Maybe you could slow down and pay attention to what you are serving others. Very disappointed!

This place will not accommodate your requests my son only eats the oranges and they said they would not give me only oranges for fruit… other locations do without hesitation. I guess the managers get charged the oranges at this location. Go to the other chick fil a in castle rock not this one. Avoid this one if you have food preferences.
