Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is consistent with great service and delicious tasting food. This place did not disappoint. Excellent! This location seemed newer because it looked cleaner and larger. Extra large parking lot and long drive through path. They had a kids play area inside as well as touch less trash containers. And another nice touch was their bins for returned unused sauces. Food was quick and delicious. Morning cashier at 8:20am on 11/25 was polite, helpful, courteous and great at her job.

Stopped in at about 11am before the crowd got there. Everything was hot and fresh. So hot you couldn't eat it, but so good you couldn't wait. Staff was attentive and kept our drinks topped off. And of course always polite and friendly.

Ate here 3 times during our week in Branson. We love CFA and always eat at one when it’s where we are traveling. Saturday breakfast was excellent. Chicken was prepared expertly and the counter person was great, even came and checked on us twice. Monday breakfast we had one of the least friendly counter people we’ve ever had at a CFA. don’t know if she was just having a bad day or is always like that, but she doesn’t belong up front. Food was good. Wednesday breakfast the chicken was so greasy as to be inedible. Out of literally hundreds of CFA orders this was the worst. We told the person at the counter and he did apologize. At our home CFA, making a comment like that would have resulted in a manager making an appearance but not here. The young man at the counter was at least friendly. The

Stopped here while staying a few days in Branson. I haven't eaten at Chic-fil-A in about 20 yrs as there are none where I live. There sandwiches and fries are great . Place was very clean, service friendly and accomodating , prices fair .

We eat CFA often, especially when we go out of town, unfortunately this wasn't one of the better experiences. It wasn't super busy, however they didn't get us our sauces or napkins. Fries were cold and stale. We keep our order simple since we have a big family. You guys know how it is, kids love their sauces. Eating CFA nuggets without bbq/cfa sauce/ honey mustard, was not a big hit. I know this isn't the norm, but pretty disappointed, especially for the first night in town.
