The Philly Truck

I don’t leave a ton of reviews, but this place is epic. I’ve only had the Philly Cheesesteak. It’s was amazing. If you’re into cheesesteaks, this is more of a Pats King of Steaks instead of Genos. The meat is finely chopped and crispy. That’s always my preference so figured if that’s yours…now ya know. They offer regular and large. I got the regular and it was huge. I seriously thought he had accidentally given me a large. I’m ordering large next time because I gotta see that. On my attached pic, I had already eaten some fries. They give you plenty of those too.

The Philly cheesesteaks here are absolutely delicious. I ordered the mushroom Philly, and it did not disappoint. The cheese is generously and evenly distributed throughout the bun, ensuring flavor in every bite. The meat is tender and well-seasoned, while the bread is a true highlight—soft, fresh, and melting effortlessly in your mouth. Each element works together beautifully, making this a deeply satisfying sandwich. Highly recommended.

How cow (and lamb)!!! I had the beef & lamb gyro with sweet potatoes tater tots! The meat was seasoned so perfect & very tender. The tots were so hot & crisp, they almost burned my mouth. They were the BEST sweet potato tots i ever had. This meal was divine!! I was told to come back and have the cheese steak because it's their best seller. I will definitely go back.

I came to this food truck hungry. I left emotionally changed. This cheesesteak is what happens when bread, meat, and cheese enter a lifelong commitment. The steak was juicy, the cheese was melting like it knew its purpose, and the roll somehow held everything together like a hero in an action movie. One bite in, I stopped talking. Two bites in, I started questioning why I don’t eat here more often. By the end, I was already planning my next visit like it’s a life decision. Fast service, big portions, zero regrets. If you’re on the fence—get off the fence and get a cheesesteak. Your future self will thank you. Your shirt might not.

The food from The Philly Truck was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve — definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!
