Chick-fil-A

First time at this location. Waited in line for awhile but no worries, it was worth it. Got a regular chicken sandwich and waffle fries. When I went up to the register to pay, the cashier gave me a free frosted lemonade. Very kind of her and it was delicious.

On my first trip to this place, I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was. They always had a smile on their face and were super quick to get my order ready. I was even surprised when they finished before I could sit down! It was really impressive how fast they worked, and the food was fresh and tasty. Will be back again soon, thank you guys so much. Chick fil-a is head and shoulders above any other fastfood restaurants and it’s not even close. I’m not sure about the other franchises but this one in Audubon is amazing.

I can't help loving this place! The chicken is always delicious, love the tortilla soup, and they hands down have the nicest kids working there!!! Everyone is always so pleasant, helpful and mannerly! You truly can't go wrong.

This review is for management only !! I was stuck in the drive thru for 1 hour last night , the poor kids working there telling people the system was down, but not telling people to leave stuck between cars. The manager sent the workers home, but left us all trapped in line food was not able to be ordered , a manager should have came out to tell everyone to leave and if you had a mobile order pull around into parking lot . I called the manager she put me on hold, never got back on but had no clue how to handle this situation. We finally drove over the curb to get out , because we had an emergency

The manager Marc was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The nice young man that took our order was very nice and polite. The place was very clean
