Chick-fil-A Atlanta Highway

I really like eating Chick-fil-A, it’s my favorite fast food restaurant, the drink of sprite is taste good, I really enjoy eating my food, it’s always fun, it’s a 10/10.

Wow! I was shocked! Never have seen a Chick-fil-a this dirty! Paper/food on floor. Dirty tables & trash cans (3) over flowing! Also Nuggets getting smaller! Food was good! Fries cooked good, usually try to get them well done so they’re not flimsy! But they don’t offer well done fries here. Also flowers on tables need to be thrown away or replaced. They been on tables a while.

I give this Athens location 4 stars. I would give 5 but, they don't have anyone walking around greeting customers, refilling drinks or taking trays, which I have experienced at every other location that I've been to. I know they don't have to, but I do know that I've been to alot of other locations & they do this, which is very nice. The Athens location is a hop skip & a jump from home, so I will continue to go to this location, but I will also go to the one in Jefferson too!! The food is always fresh & employees are always nice.

My experience here was great thanks to Grady. Grady introduced himself to me with a great smile and asked how could he be off service. Even tho I was a door dasher it was great that he helped me with my order out off all the employees just looking at me. Thanks for hospitality Grady, you’re awesome!

We came here for my granddaughter birthday party chick fil did amazing job but while we. Was there their was a family with about four kids eating I have never witnessed two grown people with kids make a mess as this family did a pen full of pigs couldn't have made a mess like this the manger I am consuming took her a good 15 min to clean their mess up but correct to her she did it with a smile and she was so professional while catering my granddaughter party I wish all fast food restaurants had employees like her and her staff the management of chick fil a on Atlanta highway in Athens should be proud of them keep up the good job we will visit you again when we come back to athens
