Chick-fil-A

This location is hands down the worst one! Drive thru is extremely slow. Wait can be up to 30 minutes. However, every time there’s something wrong with the order. It’s either missing, given incorrect items, or just based on this picture below you can see that chicken tender is the same size as their sauce. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

I come to this location all the time after the gym. Im not sure what the disconnect was today. I ordered an 8-count grilled nugget and Kale salad. As you can see from the photo, I got like the complete opposite. It’s like they didn’t even listen to me. How do you get a spicy deluxe and fries from grilled nuggets and kale salad? I don’t even like spicy food but was hungry and had to eat it. Yall messing with my macros 😩

Every time I try a salad from here the lettuce is black and brown out of the whole salad this was all that was edible if the lettuce is black and brown throw it out and serve fresh salad nobody wants to pay for rotten food

Ms. Melissa provided exceptional and outstanding customer service. She was extremely kind, attentive, and very patient while taking my order. She made sure everything was accurate, explained things clearly, and had such a positive and welcoming attitude. Her professionalism and genuine care truly made the experience enjoyable. The best Chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had! My family stopped here on our trip to the airport just for some breakfast, and everyone treated us as if we were regulars and old friends. The young man who took our order was incredibly kind. Can’t remember his name, but I hope he’s getting paid well for the service he’s providing! I highly recommend stopping here before your drive to the airport!
