I MEAN COME ON!!! This Chick Fil A was incredible!!! I ordered a Sun Joy to drink and that quite literally describes the overall vibe that I got from my entire experience at this Chick Fil A… the employers were full of SUN and I was full of JOY!!! Clara took my order with the professionalism you’d hope your therapist would have after telling them about your traumatic upbringing… Becka handed me my order with the enthusiasm of a golden retriever that’s showing you their favorite stick… & Gweneth was working in the back as efficient and quickly as someone who drank 4 espressos and remembered they left the stove on. Overall, very satisfied and will visit here again!

I walked up at 8:59 not knowing they closed at 9pm. I had looked online and it said open til 11pm. When I walked up the employee said “Perfect timing, we close up in like 20 seconds!” I actually told him not to worry about my order and that I’d just go as I know what it’s like being on the other end of that. I was told it was no issue at all and welcomed to order. Working in customer service I do like to recognize good customer service. Shane was the name of the employee, please make sure he is recognized for his incredible customer service!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our way home. Friendly service and great food! We sat down and enjoyed our food and took a nice break from driving. Well worth the stop!

The site says open until 11pm. They are already closed. I guess at 10pm. They don't take cash after 9:45pm. Idk if its all the thruway restaurants or just the Angola ones but they do not stay open to serve all travelers. Panda express & Cinnabon were already closed. Chick fil A closed at 10. Shake Shack still taking orders after 10, it looks like. Starbucks I guess stays open all night but limited food choices there. I needed another chick fil a sauce but they closed at 10.

2025-04-13 - 0 Star For Chick-fil-A to be on the NY Thurway and as it is not open on Sunday it is wasted space. Should be replaced with something that is open 7 days a week. ( my opinion) I know they are all closed on Sunday, but for folks that travel on Sunday there should be better options on the Thruway.
