Went thru the drive thru, food was hot and fresh, except they forgot to put my chicken sandwich in the bag. Called them and went back by. They were very nice and made the order right.

I ordered 2 deluxe chicken meal one with Mac and cheese. Neither one of my meals had none of the ingredients but a pickle on it. No lettuce, bacon nor cheese. I'd understand if this was a busy night. I was the only vehicle at the drive thru at the time. I hope this restaurant don't become like so many others.

Not the level of service I’ve grown accustomed to at chick fil a. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Apparently they don’t take drive up orders in the right lane, only mobile orders. There was a representative out there and she never bothered to ask me if I needed help or to tell me I was in the wrong lane. I only found out after a customer walked up to tell me. There may have been signs saying mobile orders only, but I sure didn’t notice them. I’ve been in a dozen chick fil a restaurants and I’ve never been disappointed until today. My mistake for pulling in the wrong lane, but a simple interaction from the representative standing right across from me would’ve gone a long way.
