Chester's Philly Grill

A solid 4 star philly cheesesteak restaurant. You can tell that their sandwich are super fresh. I liked that it does not take long to deliver the food. The original is classic and you cannot go wrong with it. I had better else where but its fresh. The marinara cheesesteak was a bit different but I would stick with the original one. The place has a very limited dining tables.

I ordered to go at the restaurant. Service was excellent. The cheesesteak was just alright. It was kind of flavorless and did not have enough meat. It was cheesy, though. It was also kind of expensive at around $14 for a large cheesesteak. It was made pretty fast. Overall, it's not a bad place, but there are very few great cheesesteaks in Colorado.

Came to eat here for the first time. This is the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I paid for extra mushrooms and there wasn’t any mushrooms on there at all. I asked for grilled jalapeno’s and the guy said they’re grilled already, I said okay because the menu says fresh jalapeno’s. They ended up being fresh. The chopped steak is bland and isn’t seasoned at all. Had many fat pieces in the meat as well. I ordered 5 wings asked for all flats and got all drums. The wings aren’t tossed in sauce and are pre frozen breaded wings. This was basically the same as the cheese steak sandwich from subway. At least subway has fresh baked bread daily. Their bread was dry. This place is NOT authentic at all. Waste of $30 dollars.

I usually go to Famous Philly as they have the best cheese to steak ratio and my Hank’s Black Cherry soda, but I have been wanting to try Chester’s for a while as it is rated pretty highly. I am a very picky gal when it comes to Cheesesteak butChester’sis actually pretty good flavor wise, though I wished to see more cheese in every bite. The onion ration is also decent for not doing my usual request of extra. I got the combo with a Regular steak and a small fries and drink. The regular fries are so good and salted just right, Famous Philly doesn’t even come close in the sides category. Overall I paid about $15 with the tip and they have a military discount which always makes me happy.

I’m pregnant and was craving cheesesteaks, Absolutely delicious, got two 8 inch subs for takeout preordered through the website, both had additional toppings added and both were made exactly as ordered. They were ready at the pick up time as promised. My partner and I were both full off the 8 inch subs which were about 12$ each and they did not skimp out on meat or any of the fillings. I also got a side of fries and a drink, fries were crispy and soda tasted like it was fresh from a can, not watered down or uncarbonated like some places. This was our first time trying this place and we will definitely be going back. Great quality food especially for the price point not to mention it’s about 15 mins away and was still hot by the time we got home!
