Cherry Thai

It’s far from fancy. My kind of cozy neighborhood spot. Bathroom was clean too and that’s a big plus. The lady was nice and advised me that I could sit wherever I wanted. I ordered the shrimp Phad Thai medium spicy. Delicious and authentic. My critique is that it had just a bit to much egg for my taste and there medium spicy is another places hot, but that is Thai food. Wonderfully prepared fresh and the shrimp were large and cleaned thoroughly. There was plenty of Shrimp too. Then I ordered the won ton soup that the lady recommended when asked and it was absolutely delicious! If you like Thai then you won’t be disappointed here. Many places serve phad thai and it’s trash compared to this authentic Thai restaurant. I will be coming back!

This place is something I would consider a hidden gem within the Pueblo area. I went in to do a photoshoot for the owners a couple of weeks ago and they were a pleasure to work with! The food was amazing and beautiful! I could definitely tell they were passionate with their craft and that showed with the food they made. My favorite meal I tried was the pineapple fried rice as it was a new and welcome experience for me. I haven't had a lot of different fried rices that tasted unique but this one definitely set a high bar. If you are in the area, go check them out!

A lovely restaurant with great staff that care about eachother & their customers, always good spicy meals that are made by request to meet my dietary restrictions aka they’ll modify some of the meals to keep you healthy happy & safe. Love this place, I eat here at least twice a month. Pumpkin curry is one of my fav.

This is my favorite local spot from now on, I got Pad Ka Pang today and it was so good, flavorful but not salty or too sweet, it’s just cooked to the perfection in my opinion. Decent amount of protein that’s served on a different plate with rice- everything for only $13!!! If you’re in this area, gotta check this place out. 10/10 period.

So tasty! Able to accommodate vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans! The curries are coconut milk based. The only dishes that have fish sauce are the Tom Yum soup,Tom Kha soup, & papaya salad, but you can request no fish sauce (will taste dif than original, of course)!
