Chen's Family Dish

Giving 2 stars only because when you order pick up they skimp HEAVILY on the food. It's actually insane how big of a difference it is from dining in and ordering out. Unless you're going to also charge less, there should be no difference in the amount of food you receive. This happens every time I order take out which is why I never do it. Changing to one star because I'm literally being argued with when I have photo evidence and literally anyone can look at my photo and the other in house photos on here and clearly see a difference. Panda express is known for skimping on certain products and even they've done better than this. And no, your take out containers are not larger than panda express. You have very basic sized take out boxes. Chen's definitely lost at least one customer tonight

So thrilled to have found Chen’s for excellent food! We are new to the area and have been here twice now. The service was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable, our food was served hot and fresh both times. We got a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes, including the wonton soup and we could not have been happier. Love this place. It’s our favorite!

Made a quick stop on our way to California. Ander was our server. Very attentive.Loved how he provided the service. He checked on us to make sure that we ordered enough as the kitchen was closing soon. Clean place. Quick service and the prices very reasonable. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, chow mein with vegetables, crispy chow mein with veggies. We got complimentary hot tea upon seated. It was very good. Food tasted fresh. The food quantity was generous.Very friendly service. The host and Ander made us feel valued. Must try restaurant.

Excellent place to take the family. Good size portions that many times will feed two people. And most important part, the food is really good. It is not a fancy restaurant, which works out well for most people as most want a good meal at a good price and don't really want to get all dressed up or have to make a reservation to do it.

Most of the food is awesome. Overall I would say the best in Roseburg area. The one downfall is the shrimp... I love shrimp but theirs is so over breaded that I don't know if it's even shrimp lol. If they use high quality shrimp they are definitely ruining it by using to much breading.
