Hidden 💎 gem in the truest form. Great Food and coffee in an inconspicuous place you wouldn't believe. Food made fresh and really gives the homemade flavor and feeling. Perfectly made omelets ( farmers in picture).Excellent pancakes and French toast made to perfection. Reasonably priced and worth the value. Not an obvious/conventional location so navigating could be challenging with gps. Highly recommended 👌🏿

Love this place. Discovered this place recently and been there two times already. The workers are so nice and efficient. The food is amazing. Their hot chocolate is so yummy.

Will definitely return! Our Thursday breakfast date landed us at Chef Vargas!! I am so glad it did. The establishment is quaint and feels like a special find in Elkins Park. The food was delicious. The menu selection is vast and has many options… I am hoping to return to try something else. 😊😊 The host / server was welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

I came here on Saturday May 21 at 11:30 am and was seated immediately. The food was delicious and our waitress was kind. I highly recommend the Farmer's Meat because it's savory, gives you a good portion of everything, and it's a reasonable price. I also highly recommend the drink, it was very refreshing. The only two cons would be the ambiance and environment of the restaurant that day and the tables. It was not my first time coming here but it has been awhile. Children were running around everywhere and it was super loud, so it was not as peaceful as it was supposed to be. Similarly, the tables were way too small for everything to fit properly alongside with the utensils and condiments. It just felt very squished together and we were practically side by side with other table which made i

We came here for my birthday last Sunday. I was excited to see a cool little brunch spot close by. I have been saying for years this area needs more brunch spots! Super happy wr tried Chef Vargas. Great service..super friendly servers. Good qas superb. Can't wait to come back to try more things!!
