Chef Gregory's BBQ Emporium

Chef Gregory is the real deal of BBQ, a few days ago I tried his tri tip plate and it was perfect, hitting all of the right notes. His bbq sauce is gluten free which is an extra bonus for me. And, his homemade peanut brittle is the bomb: I bought his maple bacon pnut brittle because it is dairy and gluten free (Yep, you read that right!) and it was so good that it should be illegal. Everything is delicious and his service is warm and inviting; when you pick up your order, it feels as if you have just stopped by his house to visit with him. A+++

I work late, so haven't had the chance to stop by this place. Anyways, I bought some food to-go and drove back home so fast because I was trying to get to this pork belly. It was sooo good. I also got the baby back ribs and brown butter cake which was just excellent. Seasoning was on point and proteins were so tender! I will be back

Just had lunch at Chef Gregory's BBQ Emporium in downtown Atascadero and it was DELISH. The pork belly was phenomenal! 🤩 Definitely will be back!

We were traveling on our way to San Jose on a Saturday because it had amazing ratings, but it was closed until the following Wednesday. Super disappointing because the food looks really good. Recommend to call in advance before going out of your way.

All of the meat was smoked to perfection! The coleslaw is finely shredded, very simple And delicious. It goes very well with the meat and was my favorite side. The brown butter cake is amazing! It’s great by itself or with the caramel sauce. I haven’t searched lately, but I would be surprised if this is not the best BBQ joint on the CCoast. Great work, Chef and team!
