Ale’s Mexican Grill & Cafe

First time visiting this restaurant and we're so happy we found it. Right when we entered we were greeted by the nicest waiter. We had choice of seats. They have bar seating, indoor seating, outdoor seating, they even had rocking chairs in the patio. They have a beautiful garden area with additional seating. You get chips and Verde salsa to start while you check out the menu. We got the carne asada Quesadilla. It's a stuffed Quesadilla with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream tomatoes etc. The steak was so good. We also got the asada fries with shredded chicken. The chicken is grilled on the flat top and seasoned, bringing a nice crunch. The menu is huge. They have a full breakfast menu. I highly recommend you stop by and support a family owned business.

I simply love this place! The prices cannot be beat. $2 Taco Tuesday will satisfy and delight. I had the al pastor and carne asada versions with a refreshing michelada. First time trying this colorful and flavorful beverage. Fresh shrimp and cucumber with tahin rim. Service was incredible and very pleasant. I can hardly wait for next Tuesday!

Very positive and friendly vibe with delicious food and generous portions. The wet burrito can easily be two meals. Their house made chips and the two salsas we had were both great. The fresh and crunchy chips ensured the chiliquiles has the perfect texture. This place is easily on my top 3 list, if not top, in town.

The service goes beyond myself as a patron but being a human being general. I am constantly on the road, had been driving and needed a break. Felt like mexican food, pulled in and instantly fell asleep. Hours go by and was approached by the owner, who had general concern for my safety, no worries about my intentions to buy food or not. I went back to sleep and he checked on me to see if was still breathing. Now I knew I had to buy a plate from him. Now onto the food. Got carnitas taco plate and a carnitas burrito. Well wouldn't you know it? The love and kindness this man Nacho, and his wife Ale, shows so much in their food that I felt welcomed as if I was at their home for my favorite meal. This place is awesome. The food was great. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was festive. Looking forward to our next time already. Get a michelada while you wait for your food.
