Cheesesteak Champions

I spent $30 for one sandwich and 2 salmon egg rolls. I ordered food a lady told me 20 minutes. We sat in car to wait. 5 minutes later we see the cook walk out the front door and sit in a truck with tinted windows. We commented to each other about it but figured someone else was in there preparing our food. After 22 minutes I walked back in and there wasn’t a soul in the place. That same cook came rushing in behind me and started cooking my food!!! When I asked him how long he brushed me off with in a minute. I angrily waited and received oil soaked egg rolls and a steak sandwich that clearly was cooked along with the salmon. I wonder if the owner knows…rewind the camera and watch. Never again!!!!!

I went in the store didn’t get greeted coming in the door. I stood at the register while the lady at the register sat down and FaceTime her family. Not until one of her other family members from the other location Philly woke walked in did she address me. After that she gave my order to another person. Remade that persons order which was cheaper then my order and didn’t offer me anything for compensation because I called my order in. So I had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my food. All they offered was sorry. Never coming here again!!!!

My husband and I both ordered the Buffalo Chicken Philly and our taste buds were absolutely blown away. The meat was tender and flavorful and the bread was soft. My husband also ordered the cheese fries (not pictured), which he really enjoyed as well. I only ordered a half while my husband’s was a whole and we both had left overs. They really pack those sandwiches and the leftovers were still phenomenal. Highly recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it!

this place has horrible customer service. you order ahead and they don’t start on your order until you arrive so ordering ahead is pointless. the customer service skills are below par. the food is too good for the place to be so poorly managed.

First time here and have to say I love this place! The food was hot and so flavorful! I eat a Philly Cheesesteak at every restaurant I go to and by far this is the best I have had! Prices are reasonable too for all that you get. Try the Philly egg rolls! Make you wanna smack ur mama! I will be back again and again and again.!
