Cheers at Rainbow Springs

We had a great experience at Cheers at Rainbow Springs. We were greeted and seated right away, which is always a great first impression. The owner actually stopped by our table to chat with us before our waitress arrived, and that personal touch really stood out. Our waitress, Brie, was fantastic. She was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire meal. We started with appetizers, which were good, but our entrées came out within about two minutes of the apps arriving. That made the table feel a little crowded, and I wish there had been a bit more spacing between courses. Excellent food and drinks. Bright family friendly atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating and also bar top tables. Friendly staff and always welcoming. They have live bands on weekends and also have picnic style seating available and table seating area for watching the bands. You can bring along your own chairs too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The food was absolutely terrible. Sent back the prime rib and fries as they were served ice cold. A friend sent back his fish which was also ice cold. The second prime rib served was even worse than the first. Was charged for blue cheese dressing that was mostly water, disgusting. I highly recommend never ordering food from Cheers at Rainbow Springs. The band was great and the server tried to help, but this was by far the worst meal we have ever had in Florida.

We had Janice as our waitress and she was very nice and attentive! I got the chicken alfredo special, it was delicious! I am a ranch person and it was so good! The mozzarella sticks were delicious as well. I will be returning!

I've been coming here since they opened. The burgers are fantastic! We have had salads, sandwiches, and other meals. All have been good. The prices are reasonable, and the service is exceptional.
