Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I ordered our food for pickup at 7:09, went in looking for it at 8:10 and it still wasnt ready. After an hour and 15 minutes a lady said they were out of the croissants that I paid extra for. Ask for it to be taken off which made everything worse. Foods cold and im sure i paid for food I didn't receive and a tip that wasnt earned. By far my worst experience at Cheddars.

I had the shrimp and salmon and it was delicious! Rice was ok and there croissants were absolutely amazing. I would go back.

Fabulous food! It was a busy Friday night when we went, but we did feel forgotten about by our server.

Got the sirloin and shrimp. Was pretty good. Steak was a little tough but not too bad. The little cup of sauce that came with it was awesome. Service was wonderful. Sat over in the bar area in a booth. Was pretty comfortable. Cool fish tank too.

Came in today for a family meal. 6 group wait equated to about 22~ minutes. Chips and queso, honey crossaints, and onion tower as appetizers. I ordered the chicken pot pie, and it was delicious. Other members all got a steak with sides. A few mistakes were made - one steak with shrimp entry came with grilled shrimp of the requested fried shrimp. Another steak entry, asked for brown gravey, got white. All steaks were over peppered. No hugest deals but annoyances. The server didn't take any finished plates or glasses when we were done as courtesy bussing.
