Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Absolutely loved our visit! This was our first time at Cheddar’s, but it definitely won’t be our last. I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and need to eat gluten-free, and I was thrilled to see that Cheddar’s offers an online gluten-free menu. The lemon pepper fish with beans, rice, and carrots was absolutely divine! My husband enjoyed the fish and chips so much that he even ordered an extra fillet—though he couldn’t finish it all, so we happily took the leftovers home. To top it all off, they brought out the most amazing freshly baked, buttery croissants 🥐 that my husband said tasted like heaven. Truly a wonderful experience!

I went to dinner with my family and it took over 45mins to get our appetizers. When we got it, the nacho cheese was scorched and the meat in it was definitely under a heat lamp. It was GROSS!! The onion rings batter wasn’t crispy and wasn’t hot. We sent it back. Almost an hour later and we get our food. My fries were cold, strips were half soggy and steak was super chewy. I didn’t want it. My husband’s pork chops looked raw and was gross. Our 8yr old only ate fries. We sent our food back. My husband asked for a manager. He told her we’ve been there for 2hrs and sent all food back. WORST EXPERIENCE! Which sucks because it’s the only sit-down restaurant we love. She apologized and sent us on our way. The food was so gross, I lost my appetite and went home without eating dinner. Smh

I went on a Saturday night so it was busy. We got right in tho, sat at a nice booth by the window. Our server was right there to take our drink order. Our food arrived timely, we ordered the ribs.... absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

My first meal at this location. Waitress was very kind answering all my questions about ingredients and I decided on the half rack of ribs. Ribs were tender, not falling off the bone but still good. Smoke flavor was mild and the bbq sauce worked well with the meat. Fries were a bit over salted which says a lot as I tend to salt certain dishes heavily. Pot pie was very good, flavorful but light it texture, potato could have been plated a little better but had a good earthy flavor.

I was brought here for my birthday for the first time & the experience was horrible. First my silverware when I opened them they were dirty & had what looked like old food on them. Then my sisters soft drinks & lemonade tasted like mildew. Fast forward to dinner, I ordered a medium rare steak & they served me rare. not once but twice. after the second time, I refused the meal. First they tried to comp our $7 drinks for a $15 meal that wasn’t even eaten at all. We Told them that wasn’t acceptable that we don’t want to pay for a meal I didn’t eat. So finally they comp only the steak meal. The manager then proceeds to come back to us as we are leaving & has the audacity to tell me they temped this steak & it read medium rare.. I know very well this steak is at the least a rare but I’ll let y’
