Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I love cheddars! One of the few chain restaurants I like. The one local to me is not as well maintained, this one was great! I had bourbon glazed salmon and the others with me had steak and chicken and shrimp Alfredo.

Updated 2-7-26. We loved the queso and chips as well as the country fried chicken! We loved the sirloin and tenders meal. Good meal and great value!

I recently got to go to our local Cheddar’s restaurant. We were there in the early afternoon, so it was very quiet and not crowded. We received excellent service and we were seated immediately. Our drinks and salads were brought out quickly. The main course arrived soon, it was hot and tasty. Everything was prepared well and as requested. We’re very happy with our meal and we’ll be going back.

I had a really disappointing experience at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. When we arrived, the host tried to seat us at a booth that was clearly dirty. The table hadn’t been wiped down, and the floor underneath was filthy. It was obvious no one had cleaned the area before trying to seat new guests there. We politely asked if we could be moved to a cleaner table. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. We were told that it was “our problem” and that next time we should request a table with chairs instead of a booth. That response completely missed the point — we weren’t being picky about seating, we just didn’t want to sit at a dirty table. The food here is amazing!!! Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive as well. I also really like their take home bundle deals because they’re delicious, provide a lot of food and can feed the whole family for less than most other places.
