I ordered 22$ worth of food in the drive thru. I paid they told me to pull around front and they would bring it out. After sitting out front for 15 minutes and watching multiple people receive their food, I went inside and asked if my order was ready. They had completely forgotten about it and started making it then. Once my food was done they decided to show a new employee how to wrap my sandwiches knowing I had been waiting and delaying the process even longer. Both small fries were missing from the order. The whole process took over 30 mins to get 22$ worth of food. They weren’t even busy I was the only car in the drive thru. After I finally got my food one of the employees said I’m going on break. You can’t handle one customer and you’re taking a break? Nobody said sorry or offered any

This Checkers was an absolute nightmare to visit. I wish I could give absolutely no stars. So we beagan ordering our food and we were excited because we had been on a 4 hour drive and it was out first stop of the day . We ordered boneless chicken, a half pound of chicken bites, and loaded fries. We were pulled up and made to wait on our order, which we had absolutely no issue with whatsoever. We were about ready to pull of when I noticed we hadn't been given our bbq sauce for our 1/2 pound of chicken bites. So I had to mask up and go inside and ask for it to which they tried to charge me 27 cent for when they didn't even give me the one I already paid for. I then asked if I could have another one because they gave me 1 sauce for 1/2 pound of chicken. They charged me 27 cent for that one ev

the staff is always nice and the food is always good! i’ve never had a bad experience at this location

Dominique was the best Ever, she was nice sweet and she’s always in a good mood when I come to checkers she’s always very energetic

there was a young lady by the name DEDRA, being rude to multiple customers, not giving correct food, and even mocked a customer. she cursed while taking 2 separate orders. she needs to be fired. other 2 employees on staff were very understanding!
