Checkers

It's a Checkers. Waited until I had been at least 10 times before reviewing. Same as the ones I went to in California, Oregon, southwest and Midwest. It's inexpensive fast food. No fast food is healthful and this is no different. They make most stuff as ordered so a bit of a wait but 90%of the time it is nice and hot and no greasier than any where else. A bit of a language barrier but nothing a moment of patience solves. Always a friendly greeting and a have a nice day. All in all as expected. Only fast food I eat in Cumberland. If I'm going to eat unhealthful I want it cheap and hot

Was excited at first to get a checkers locally. That faded quickly. Waited a few weeks to go since I understand at first it would be packed and takes time to work the kinks out. Was VERY disappointed. They don’t accept coupons, the food was nasty! Mystery meat burger and greasy old fries. We also got the fish sandwich and it was just as bad. The food is way over priced for microwaved ingredients. The staff is not too friendly, and I noticed only 2 locals employed there. I was really hoping being a new business that this would create jobs, but it seems they just invited their own family instead of helping the locals. Also it might be a good idea to park your obnoxious orange hummer and Tesla elsewhere since there is limited parking for paying customers. Update: I’ve noticed a bunch of fake

It's a ghost town on most days, and for good reason. Poor food quality, rude service, and the incident with refusing to serve the police officer did not endear them to the local populace. Really need to hire replacements for most of the crew and management.

Attempted to go to this checkers because their sign says they are open from 10am-11pm. However at 10:47 I pulled up to the order screen and the person working came out and said they were closed and when asked why the sign says they're open until 11 his response was that he has to sweep up. He refused us service even though he should serve up until 11 as shown on their sign. Won't go back just based on that. That is bad business and clearly from your other reviews the people working here dont know how to prepare food so good luck staying open.

So my wife went to Checkers for me and her while she was out running errands, she had our 3 week old son with her. She went to the drive thur just to be told that her order needed picked up inside. She had to take our 3 week old out of the car and in the cold to go inside. So my wife gets home and I go through the food. My wife knows that I am allergic to pickles, so she always get my burgers with no pickles. If I'd taken a bite a little more to the right I'd be in the hospital right now. And the fries were soggy and limp. Not worth the money at all. Thought with a little bit of time they'd be better. Nope not at all.
