CHAYHANA

We had a great experience at Chayhana. The mixed platter was definitely the highlight of our visit. It gave us a chance to taste a wonderful variety of meats — lamb, chicken, beef, and ground beef kebabs — all cooked perfectly. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and very satisfying, with generous portions that felt filling and well prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, making it a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a relaxed meal. If I may offer a small and positive suggestion for improvement: since the mixed platter is clearly meant for two or even three people, it would feel more complete with a bit more in the way of sides — such as extra salad, rice, and bread. It was really nice. We wanted to try central Asian halal food in orlando/maitland area and this was so convenient. From the outside the place looks old but its just opened a year back and has great interior and theme. The beef samsa was superb , the noodles and skewers were pretty flavorful as well. Would go again :)

Today was our first time eating Uzbek food, and we are so glad we found Chayhana. The service was wonderful and every single dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The attention to detail in each aspect of the dishes is noticeable—the ingredients were high quality and perfectly balanced. We tried the pumpkin samsa, lepeshka, plov, crispy eggplant salad, and the tashkent tea to drink. We are looking forward to coming back and trying new dishes!

Absolutely delightful experience at Chayhana! Exceptional *customer service* made us feel right at home. The *food was fantastic*, clearly made *from scratch* with love and care – totally worth the wait. I highly enjoyed the *baked shawarma* and *beef samsa*, both were a *10/10*. The *atmosphere* was wonderful too – great *ambiance*. Definitely *worth a return visit* and a drive out of my way for more. Highly recommend!

GREAT UZBEKISTANI FOOD IN THE AREA! Food was great and decent price! The pilov was slightly too hard and the rice needed to be cooked a little bit longer. However, the skewers were very good and the kompot was a little on the sweeter side than preferred. Would still come back and try more food if we’re in the area again.
