Chateau Herbe

Having captured multiple weddings and engagement sessions at Chateau Herbe, I can confidently say it’s one of those rare venues that truly delivers from both a photographer and client experience standpoint. The staff is consistently attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the day; the kind of team that keeps everything flowing smoothly while making couples feel genuinely taken care of. From a visual perspective, there is quite literally no bad angle for portraits. Whether inside the chateau or throughout the grounds, every corner offers depth, character, and elegance. The vintage interiors, architectural details, heirloom art, the huge Sculptural Pedestal fountain, statues throughout the space, and manicured gardens create a European-inspired atmosphere that feels both refined

A great place if you want a quiet rest, silence and spiritual comfort. Only 5 minutes from the city center with comfortable and large rooms. Among other visitors to the hotel I saw only a young deer and gophers. I was surprised by the variety of grape varieties in the local vineyards. Naturally, after this you want a bottle of local wine, which was missing. I think Wine Tasting and snacks would be a great addition to this wonderful chateau.

What a beautiful place. The grounds are amazing and it's a perfect place to host an event.

Gorgeous venue. We rented it out for my business’ 10 year anniversary. Stunning grounds! There was absolutely no freeway noise and the mountains in the background make it a beautiful setting.

If you have a desire to stay on a 1980’s faux palace, this is the place! Complete with faulty equipment and not functioning A/C, you really will feel the summer heat wave blowing off the highway into your hotbox of a vacation. Granted the host was great at communicating, however they never did mention a broken AC system anytime before our arrival. Sending a repairmen over 3 times to look at it, it was a nice sentiment if you wish to watch him tinker on the equipment for it to work for 5 minutes and then nothing. Thankfully the host left a “homemade” bottle of wine, which really took the heat off. A refund of any type would have been preferred. Stay somewhere else, unless the weather is mild or if you like the thrill of sleeping in a sauna.
