Chateau Hathorn

We stayed overnight and dined here during the tuxedo renfaire and it was exceptional! The general manager Chris went out of his way to be personable, engaging, and making our stay really an experience to remember. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, a nice end to our travels and checking into the room. The following evening we did not eat at the restaurant but in returning from our adventures from the day the staff invited us to the bar, where we had a lovely time, welcomed with warmth and excellent beverages. We would 100% stay here again, it is a cozy location with people that care about your expierience.

This was one of the best restaurants I've been to for a while. Took my girlfriend for our two year anniversary. The service was above and beyond, and super friendly. The front of house manager and executive chef came to greet us. The food was delicious. We ordered the frog legs and escargot for apps and they were unbelievably good. After we finished dessert I asked our server for two glasses of champagne while I was getting the bill. When he brought them over he told us happy... And we then let him know it was ur anniversary. He told us the champagne was in the house. Every aspect of our experience was outstanding. Beautiful restaurant, great staff and delicious food. Well worth the hour drive from the city. Will be going again.

I cannot speak about the rooms/stay/amenities as I did not stay at the hotel. I did come here to eat at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. We started with the crab cake and the fried goat cheese appetizers, both were well plated, and tasted great. Definitely whet the pallet for what was to come. For mains, I opted for the horseradish encrusted salmon and my friend went with the filet mignon. Both were delicious, my friend graciously let me have a few pieces from her filet. And being that everything was so good thus far, we both opted for dessert. I went with the apple fritters, she went with the chocolate mousse cake. I can't speak for the mousse cake, but my apple fritters were tasty, lightly fried, encrusted with cinnamon and sugar. They were served

Our experience at Chateau Restaurant was nothing short of amazing. This was our second time visiting; the menu offers a wonderful variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented on elegant plates, something we truly appreciate! Our servers, Chris and Valerie, were both attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We even had the pleasure of meeting the chef and kitchen staff, who turned out to be just as kind and caring as their food is flavorful. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, elegant and classic, making it perfect for a romantic date, a dinner with friends, or a family celebration. They have outdoor seating as well! Prices are more than fair and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Just enjoyed our Anniversary Dinner here and marvel that we don’t come here more often. They offered a Thursday night 3 course meal special that is exceptional. Food is Exquisitely prepared, generous portions, impeccable Service and Incredible ambience. Our servers, Chris and Cora were a delight. This place is worthy of regular dining, not just special occasion. We look forward to returning soon.
