Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast

Loretta was fantastic. Sure the house is old and creaky, but that is the character of an old house. Breakfast in the morning was great! The house's location is near the downtown shops and restaurants as well as very close to many wineries in the area. We would definitely stay again.

We spent a beautiful spring weekend here. The bed and breakfast is a lovely home and Loretta is a delightful hostess who will do anything to ensure you have a perfect stay. She also serves her delicious homemade breakfast. Warwick is an interesting and fun small village within walking distance from the inn. Stay here for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

This was one of our best stays ever! Literally perfect and Loretta is the nicest host! We are definitely staying there again. Breakfast was amazing and the dining room is to cute! We were visiting the Jehovah's Witnesses headquarters in Warwick. Perfect stay!😊

This place is amazing!!!! Centrally located, quiet, very clean and relaxing. The innkeeper Loretta does an amazing job making you feel at home and her homemade breakfasts are delicious!!!! I highly recommend this B&B.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay here! My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding, and absolutely loved our room. Loretta was a spectacular host, and her breakfast the morning we left was delicious. If we ever come back to Warwick, this will be the place we choose to stay without a doubt.
