I am so upset. This restaurant probably had the best food ive had in altoona in years. And when i went to go give it a great reveiw, i see people saying that the chicken is too oily even though they ordered nashville hot chicken that requires it to be coated in oil or that it is too dry and chik fil-a is better. I think that speaks to those reviewers’ poor palattes rather than Charlotte’s food. I thought this was the best chicken ive had since i moved away from Nashville. The brussel sprouts were incredibly seasoned and tasty when the places around here don’t care about vegetables. The chicken was actually seasoned and crispy, and the chicken sauce paired well. In a town where our best chicken came from Raising Canes, which has very dry chicken, Altoona should be lucky to have this place.

Many great experiences, but tonight ordered grilled chicken on mac & cheese with no hot sauce and char's sauce & pickles on the side. They repeated the order perfectly. Got home to breaded chicken drenched in hot sauce & pickles. Ended up throwing it out as too hot to eat.

Quite a disappointing experience. Ordered a #1 and the sandwich was incredibly dry. There were literally 3 dots of sauce on the entire sandwich. Very unlikely to come back.

Spent $25 on 2 chicken sandwiches and a side of cheese curds at 5:30pm with only 1 car in front of me. There's literally a pile of grease in my basket and of course the sandwich is soaked with grease. Tried to eat around the part that wasn't dripping in grease and it's all breading, almost no chicken. Had to throw them away. Don't waste your money. Chick-fil-A is 100% a better option.

I had the four piece chicken tenders with fries. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the chicken tenders were definitely tender and excellent dipped in ranch dressing!
