Charlotte Hall Library - St. Mary's County Library

Charlotte Hall branch library has a 3d printer. For free, you can email them your 3d designs to print. While there is often a wait time, it is a wonderful resource. You can have printed miniatures, models, sculptures, etc, and take them home for free! They also have a nice kids section with a rotating group of toys, including play food, place settings, trucks and cars, animals. My kids have a good time setting placemats like we do at home, and putting the puzzles together. And of course, there is an extensive collection of books and other media which can be searched by the online catalogue at cosmos.

I would love to give a huge shout out to Brittany C., Charlotte Hall Library Branch Manager as she approached me to inform me that the Mobile Maryland Food Bank was outside today from 12-2pm and that I was welcomed to go out to pick up free healthy food and free resources from them if I wish to. I informed Brittany C. that I spend two days a week working at the library as I work for a company that helps people with disabilities find employment and that I was going to pick up for two families that have expressed to me that they are struggling to feed their family. Brittany was so kind as she gave me copies of the QR Code to find free food in Maryland to share with my consumers and others that would benefit from this blessing as well as the next two upcoming dates scheduled for this librar

A tremendous resource for all your book and tech needs, as well as special events. The space is wonderful but it's the staff that really surprises. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely nice.

Clean, kind and helpful employees, obviously plenty of books/media options to check out, and tons of interesting activities for kids. I try to take mine to storytime regularly especially during the summer and there are plenty of options to attend for different age groups. Also love the special events like the reptile lesson, magic show, and kindergarten prep day fir example.

Was in need of a Hot Spot for travel . Had called other locations but no availability. Called Charlotte Hall location. Had the pleasure of speaking with Megan. Polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to locate & pickup within a few minutes. Thanks Megan!!!!
