Charlie's Supreme Ice Cream

I'm a local who lives nearby and my wife and I get shakes here a few times a month. The ice cream is pretty good, we like it. The variety is great. The speed of service and the prices are both reasonable and good. My only major complaint is that I tend to go through the drive through, and my order is wrong about 40-50% of the time, no exaggeration. It doesn't matter who it is either, it's always a different person, we experience the same problem. It's not a difficult order, either, usually a caramel heath bar shake and a chocolate malt with cookie dough. Even when they read it back right, they still get my order wrong. It'll be missing cookie dough or the heath bar or something, the problem changes a lot. I don't really know what it is, but it's frustrating. Charlie's is a mainstay in L

I used to love coming here. But lately, the workers aren’t very nice. Not only is the service declining, but the size of ice cream is one of the reasons I won’t be back. I asked for a two scoop adult size for the dish and this is what I got. The two scoop ice cream in a dish used to reach the line or above it. Now, it’s way below. I asked when I got the ice cream, “Is this two scoop adult size? This looks like a one scoop.” The worker looked at me like I was dumb and said, “Yes. That’s how they are.”She proceeded to quickly hand me my ice cream. I have always chosen Charlie’s over every other ice cream place here in town. I notice small things like size and portion. Now that they are choosing smaller portion for same price, I’ll have to go somewhere else.

Charlie's is a great ice cream shop if you're in Logan. There's a big variety of shakes, hard ice cream and solf serve ice cream. Their shakes are perfectly thick and really tasty. I took off a star because they utilize alot of canned fruit and syrups for flavoring. I think they would really be top-notch if they utilized fresh and in-season fruits when they could. Pictured is a banana shake they make with real bananas instead of flavoring. Very yummy.

My favorite place. I order the same thing every time, once or twice a week. The only thing I'm uncertain of is how much it will cost that day. The price varies, sometimes by a couple dollars, for the exact same order. Maybe it's the way the order is being entered in the register? Either way, the staff is very quick and my order is always delicious. They're doing it right.

I’m a big fan of cookies and cream, and Charlie’s is excellent! Thick, creamy, high quality — would recommend this place to anyone! Shakes and malts are pretty good, but just a good old-fashioned hard scoop is the way to go in my opinion.
