Food was amazing. I was looking for a soul food spot and everything was closing at 8 on a Saturday. Came across Charlie & James and although me and my boyfriend was the only was in there we enjoyed ourselves food was good music was a vibe. I will definitely be back when im in the area. Them Honey jerk wings was amazing 😋🤗

1-2-26 On a Positive Note: Hidi, the bartender, was pleasant. (I hope I spelled your name correctly. I arrived here at approximately 5:27 p.m. The door was locked. Hidi noticed me banging on the door. She informed me that they don’t open until 6:00 p.m. Nonetheless, she let me in. An unidentified male seated at a table gave me his reason/excuse for not opening at 4:00 p.m. (I informed him, the hours of operation reflected on-line start at 4:00 p.m.) I went inside an ordered a drink and then I left. I would to patronize a black business, as I’m a daily diner but this establishment is a hard pass for me. The Verdict: A NO for me. However. Hidi was pleasant. Great service & good food. I am glad that I stopped by while visiting. The music was louder than I'd like and I couldn't order online, but overall a good experience. I will return nxt again

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday 🎂 and had a blast.

Tried calling to order for pick up, order got canceled with no explanation. My wife found them on FB and they said they were open. Why cancel my order. Had issues in the past like they only were using Cash App for payment and only being open on certain days. Whatever is online is false.
