Need to update your hours of operation. They said they were closed. It's 11:30am
People servicing here need more training. Service is bad.
Its 6:40 pm, hours of operation say close at 7:00 pm. Was refused service because employee said they are closed. Yet they are making subs still and serving people. I'm very disappointed. Change your hours of operation or train your employees. I pray you make this into a coaching moment for the individuals working at this location. Unfortunately I will never dine or purchase food from this company. The sad thing is I really like your food and always looked forward to eating here when shopping at the Mercedes TX. outlets... 6/26/22
Today was not a good visit, I was not attended to in the best way, I was attended to by an arrogant blonde woman, and I asked to speak to the manager and they said that she never comes to this store, terrible service
