I put in an order online. They didn't bother starting on it until I showed up there. After waiting 10 minutes, they gave me someone else's order. I asked for a refund. They didn't know how to do that. So more waiting while they made the correct order. It's a sandwich shop, not an extremely complicated operation. That they are so incompetent at it is mind-boggling.
We placed a DoorDash order before they closed on DoorDash, it was accepted, showed up and got looked at like I was dumb for not knowing they had closed 20 minutes prior to me showing up. I showed proof that the order was accepted and I got told “sorry but we closed 20 minutes ago and we’re not making anything. I recommend canceling the order.” Cancelled the order and now fighting to get a refund back because the order was accepted and was deemed an active order.
Every single time I DoorDash something for pick up, and when I show up as the app says my order is ready to be picked up, the food was not even made. Therefore, I have been waiting for another extra 15-20 mins waiting for the food this is bugging and IT HAPPENED OCCASIONALLY OR EVERY SINGLE TIME please fix this!
Never gets my order right, it’s hard for some to understand that I don’t want sauce on my cheesesteak
I really want to know how many fries I would have gotten had I said a small💀
