If you've ever wanted to wait 3-5 business days to receive 2 Whopper Jr's without ketchup, look no further. This place is a gem. Imagine rolling up to a "fast food" restaurant and see only 2 cars at the window and an otherwise empty drive through thinking, "This should be quick." Spoiler: It wasn't quick. I sat at the drive thru speaker with no response for 5 minutes. Then I invite you to imagine the joy of spending another 3 minutes placing the order for 2 Whopper Jr's without ketchup, forced to repeat yourself in different ways to make sure that perfectly clear English was in fact being communicated extra super clearly. Then its time to pull around to the window where the same 2 cars are STILL sitting at the window. Another 10 minutes passes before I get to the window to pay. After payin

Not that Burger King is good in the first place… but this one is especially awful. The service is incredibly slow. They absolutely need to hire at least 2-3 more people to work here. The food order you receive is almost always incorrect or cold. The staff seem to be extremely bothered by you being there in the restaurant. There’s a ton of room for improvement here.

Literally only came in for an iced vanilla coffee and their cini minis. They had no more minis so I just got the coffee. 10 - 15min later I get my overly sweet coffee after being stared down when it was finally made. Mind you there wasn't anyone else inside the restaurant. And this was after someone who ordered after me got their order. I wasn't even going to write a review until the cashier decided to stare me down.

The food took a long time, but the manager and the staff were super duper nice! I had a small breakdown, whoops, but they all were very very kind! I’m very embarrassed my hangry got to me. But the staff on Friday at 12-1 excellent! Thank you also the sandwich was delicious!
