HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! DISGUSTING! This was my first and last time eating at a Charley’s Cheesesteak! I ordered a considerable amount of food plus a kids meal and none of it was edible! The boneless chicken wings were brown on the inside and the sandwiches were saturated in so much liquid that they were too soggy to eat!
The food and service is good. However, this store’s general manager, Sean Liu (?) violates federal EEO laws by failing to provide its employees with reasonable accommodations. A possible lawsuit is pending.
I loved it the food was fresh I felt welcomed to the new store can’t wait to see it grow even more in the future the place is also big I would recommend anyone to stop by and try the food
I come here all the time for my lunch break they’re always nice and very helpful
Leslie is the best worker they have and Raul is the greatest manager
