Overall, Charkor Guys Korean BBQ wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The restaurant itself is clean, and the servers were kind and attentive throughout our meal, which I definitely appreciated. We ordered Combo B for five people so we could try a variety of meats. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the taste. Most of the meats were pretty bland, and even the marinated options weren’t very flavorful. I’m not sure if it’s the grill or the charcoal they use, but there was a weird taste that seemed to affect all the meats, and I just couldn’t get past it. Some pieces were also very fatty and chewy to the point where I had to spit them out. The side dishes were just okay. My girlfriend and I ordered the all you can eat KBBQ and it was fantastic! Our server Andrew was awesome, always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They cook the meats for you here which I like because you can focus on your conversation and let them do the hard work. Meats were high quality and we appreciated they offer half portions so small parties can try more of each item. Would definitely come back!

Charko Guys absolutely deserves 5 stars!!! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Rudy especially stood out — he was AMAZING! So attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. The food was SPECTACULAR!!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And when you do the all-you-can-eat option… wow. They bring out SO many sides — you definitely get your money’s worth. Every dish just kept getting better and better. The environment is the perfect vibe too — modern and upscale, but still casual and comfortable. Walking into Charkor Guy felt like entering a KBBQ spaceship designed by Elon Musk’s interior decorator. Sleek tables, glowing lights, and grills so high-tech I half expected them to ask me for my Wi-Fi password. The vibe? Straight-up bougie. I felt like I should’ve worn a tux just to flip a ribeye. The staff? Legends. Our waiter was smoother than Korean soju and had better timing than a Netflix punchline. They kept the convo flowing, the side dishes coming, and somehow knew when we needed more lettuce wraps like they had a sixth sense for ssam. Now the food… sigh. Had an amazing experience at Charkor Guys! If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ with great quality meats and a fun, interactive dining experience, this place absolutely delivers. Everything was fresh, well-marinated, and cooked perfectly on the grill — you can really taste the difference in quality. The banchan (side dishes) were flavorful and kept coming, and the overall atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming. A special shoutout to our server, JP, who made the night even better. He was attentive, friendly, and super helpful with recommendations and grilling tips. His service really elevated the whole experience and made us feel well taken care of.
