Charga on The Pike

Maybe the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. The chili momos were phenomenal. The chicken with salad and chickpeas my husband got was also great. We recently discovered this gem, and it is one of the best takeout meals we’ve eaten. Highly recommend.

I got the $7 chicken sandwich special. The sandwich was delicious. The sauce was flavorful, the fried chicken itself was made to order and tasty as well. The fries were fresh and well seasoned with old bay. I’ll be back for sure. They offer alot of Indian styled foods. My meal took less than 15 minutes to prepare.

Amazing hole-in-the-wall, quick & cheap eatery in Arlington. First time I’ve ever tried charga & I’m in love. Portions are huge for the price point — 100/10 will be a returning customer. If driving here, be prepared for a small parking area & be vigilant when pulling up (can easily miss the driveway). There is ample seating on the 2nd level and is perfect for smaller parties.

Halal Charga Style Chicken. They are still serving $7 meal which is pretty outstanding deal for nowadays. You will get a quarter chicken with a side and drinks Highly recommended for budget friendly meals and good quality food for takeout. Everything is Halal on the menu.

Stopped by Charga on the Pike today for lunch and I’m really glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I saw fresh dough being rolled and food being cooked right on the grill, which is always a good sign. The young woman at the register was very welcoming and recommended the lunch special on the board. I ordered the curry chicken lunch special for $10 and the portion was generous. The curry chicken was seasoned really well and packed with flavor. The naan was clearly fresh and still hot by the time I got home, which I appreciated. Overall, the service was friendly, the food tasted high quality, and the value for the price was excellent. This place did not disappoint and I will definitely be back.
